Entrepreneurs and small business owners are essential for the growth and wellbeing of the great state of Pennsylvania. The events and hardships we have faced since 2020 have shown that supporting locally-owned businesses is more important now than ever before. Shop Local PA encourages business owners from across the commonwealth to list their businesses within the directory for consumers to easily discover. Though this is primarily a B2C platform, we also encourage businesses to help one another by offering discounts to fellow businesses that are listed on this website. This directory is built by small business owners who want to reinvest back into our communities and to connect other likeminded entrepreneurs with consumers.
We will be launching an online store with merchandise soon. Portions of each sale will be reinvested back into the companies that have joined the directory – whether it is through the purchase of gift cards to give away on social media platforms or purchasing additional advertising on social media platforms to drive traffic and awareness to these Pennsylvania-owned businesses.
